Lemonade Stand with Makers Movement

Lemonade layout
How cute is my princess?? She had a Lemonade photo session two summers ago and the photos are spectacular! I haven't scrapped these photos until now because I just couldn't find something that really worked with the photo theme. I fell in love with this stamp and die set from Maker's Movement when I saw it. Combining those with the fabulous new BBQ themed papers from Doodlebug Design added up to a perfectly fun layout!

This month at Designer Crafts Connection we are blog hopping with the Maker's Movement. They have some sensational die and stamp sets. If you haven't checked them out before be sure to hop over and take a look. They are having a great sale until the end of July with Buy 2 Get 1 Free! Now is the time to grab some bargains!

Lemonade Stand Die set
OMGoodness y'all I can't stand how cute this is! I have to admit it's been a hot minute since I spent this much time cutting little tiny dies - and I was ready to bang my head by the time I was done but I am so happy with the end result! It is perfect for my sweet princess and her lemonade photos.  I used Petite Prints Swimming Pool Gingham-linen for my background, the canopy and table cloth are made using the Petite Prints Lemon Gingham - Linen.

Sunshine embellishments

The Bar-B-Cute line from Doodlebug Design is beyond darling y'all. I have long loved Doodlebug products but not having any little kids it was hard to work them into my layouts. Having a little kid around to scrap makes it so easy to use these super cute papers and embellishments. These die cuts are from the Bar-B-Cute Collection Chit-Chat Die Cut pack.

Summer Layout Title
How PERFECT is that accent paper?!!  It's also from the Bar-B-Cute line (Fresh). My photos are matted with Bazzill cardstock in - Lemonade of course!- and then Lily White Petite Prints.  The little enamel hearts are also from Doodlebug - I used the Rainbow Hearts and Tiny Hearts. The cat was napping on my sewing table so I used a fine line black pen to add some faux stitching instead.
