This has always been my philosophy, which I guess is why I made cakes for so many years. Now whenever someone I know is having an event, you can be sure that I will be called to make the cake. Not that I mind, that means lots of cake scraps and icing in the kitchen!
Here is a cake I made for a friend's quinceanera.
YUMMY!!!
I spent days making all the little flowers and pearls that were on this cake. And it took about 30 minutes for it to be gone.
Such is life!
