It's National Craft Month Y'all!! To celebrate I am sharing some of my favorite projects all month long. This is truly one of my favorite mini albums. I love the colors, I love the subject, and I love how it turned out.
I used the Renew line
of papers from Authentique . I love these colors - aqua and yellow is one of my favorite combos!! I used a Maya Road chipboard & kraft album along with a ton of Maya Road embellies - I love those burlap flowers!
The mini file folders that were included with this line were perfect
for adding extra journaling spaces.
The stamps I used through out the album are a mix of old and new - I have so
many stamps that I have NEVER used. It is my mission this year to USE THEM!
These stamps are from Making Memories and the chipboard letters are from Kaiser Craft
The little heart stamp is Maya Road and then I doodled around the photos.
As you know I love to journal, and I am not opposed to journaling directly on
my photos in the open spaces. My PITT® Journal Pen is awesome for this - it
dries quickly and does not smear.
I love these little linen banner pieces from Maya Road - so cute!!
I added a square of chipboard to this page so that it would stick off the side of the page.
My buttons are from Fancy Pants, the wooden flower button is from Maya Road.
I used my Cinch to bind the album, adding seam binding and ribbons to the wire.
I am entering in the following challenges:
Lasting Memories - Use Your Stash - my forever old stamps
Southern Girls - Buttons/ Flair
Thanks for stopping by today.
To all of those in Boston and in West, TX,
may you find peace and love as you find your
way back to your normal life.
